The Company operates more than 1,000 womens specialty boutiques, including locations in 49 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico operating under the Chicos, White House | Black Market, and Soma Intimates names.
Part-Time Retail Sales Associates
Responsibilities:
Ensures Making Women Feel Beautiful is the top priority at all time
Understands and demonstrates Chicos FAS, Inc Values with both customers and team.
Maintains constant and timely communication with the SM
Able to perform all functions in the Guiding Principles for Stores (GPS) and MARS Principles for Stores (MPS)
Positively and consistently demonstrates a neat, professional, and fashionable image Performs all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the SM, DSM, and RSM
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School diploma desired
Prior retail or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs, hang/fold merchandise, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling
It is the sales associates responsibility to be present and punctual for all assigned shifts, work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
